Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

Both work! We love a booked appointment for custom art, but walk-ins are welcome whenever there's an open chair. Call or text first and we'll let you know the next opening.

How long will my appointment take?

A simple gel manicure runs about 45 minutes, while full sets with art usually take 75–120 minutes. We'll give you a time estimate when you book so you can plan your day.

How should I prep before I come in?

Come with clean, polish-free nails if you can, and bring a few inspo photos. Screenshots, mood boards, even a lipstick shade all help us nail the look you want.

Do you fix or repair nails done elsewhere?

Of course. We'll take a look and either repair what you have or recommend a fresh soak-off and reset if that'll look better. We'll always be honest about it.
