Our salon policies

A few clear, friendly guidelines that keep every visit smooth, safe, and lovely for everyone in the studio.

Appointments

We recommend booking ahead for custom art and weekend slots. Walk-ins are warmly welcomed whenever a chair is open — call or text first to check availability.

Deposits

A small deposit secures appointments for full sets and custom art. It's applied directly to your service total and protects your reserved time with the artist. Deposits are non-refundable if your appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations

Plans change — we get it. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your spot to another guest. Deposits are fully transferable within this window.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is always yours. Beyond that, we may need to adjust or simplify your service to respect the next guest's time. We'll always do our best to fit you in.

Guests & Children

We love your company, but our studio is an intentionally calm space. Please limit additional guests during busy hours, and arrange care for little ones who aren't being serviced.

Repairs

Accidents happen. Repairs within 5 days of your appointment are complimentary. After that, single-nail fixes are available at a small per-nail rate.

Refunds

Because nail services are personalized and performed in-studio, we don't offer refunds — but your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, tell us before you leave and we'll make it beautiful.

Hygiene Expectations

We hold ourselves to hospital-grade standards: fully sterilized implements, single-use files and buffers, fresh liners, and sanitized stations for every single guest.
